The main subject taught within all learning centers is the Word of God.  At Faith Baptist Academy we believe that all learning begins and ends with God’s Word.

 

Curriculum

 

Kindergarten—The A Beka Curriculum is used to teach our students the phonics approach to reading.  By the end of the year our Kindergarteners are able to read.  Basic Math is introduced, as well as writing, art and an appreciation for good music.  This is a great age for learning socialization skills, as well as having fun while learning.

 

Grades 1-12—the ACE School of Tomorrow Curriculum is used.  This is a completely individualized curriculum where the student performs at his own level.  A diagnostic test will be given to each new student which sill indicate the level he/she is at in each subject.  Work will then be assigned to fill in any gaps a student may have in a particular subject, before moving on in their progression.  Each student is assigned an office where all work will be done.   Teachers are able to work individually on a one on one basis with each student.

 

1. We are a year round school.  Each quarter of classes has a 4            week break.

2. Uniforms are worn by each student.

3. Chapel will be held every Wednesday for all students.

4. A complete Academy Handbook will be given to each family upon registration.

5. Very reasonable tuition and registration fees.
